

Lynn has worked with TOP DOG for 20 years and currently serves as its Executive Director. Her work experience in the non-profit sector are priceless assets to TOP DOG’s overall operation and organizational structure. In 2007, Lynn retired as CEO of Lutheran Social Ministry of the Southwest after 12 years of outstanding community service and leadership that transformed this small social service agency into a thriving regional organization. Prior to this, Lynn personally directed a $2 million NGO project at the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development of Third World Countries held in Rio de Janeiro in 1995. She has served on the boards of the Dennis Weaver Institute of Ecolonomics and the Tucson Girls Chorus. She has also served as a professional development consultant to Casa Gloriosa and as Sunday School Superintendent of Desert Chapel Christian Church. Lynn is a member of the National Society for Female Executives and the National Center for Non-profit Boards.
Agnes was born and raised in Manhattan, New York and currently serves as President of TOP DOG. She is also President and Operations Manager for AKSCO Construction, Inc. a local Tucson firm specializing in fine residential remodeling and custom home building. Agnes is a dedicated TOP DOG volunteer Training Assistant and has worked with several student and dog teams providing knowledge, encouragement and support to speed their journey of becoming certified TOP DOG Teams. To date, three of her students have achieved certification.
Lydia is one of TOP DOG’s founding members. She currently serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors and as TOP DOG’s Training Director and Head Instructor. From 1979 until 1985, Lydia was associated with Handi-dogs of Tucson. Since 1980, she has served as an instructor and member of the Old Pueblo Dog Training Club and served as an instructor with the Golden Retriever Club of Tucson from 1984-2000. Lydia is a published author with numerous articles appearing in “Off Lead Magazine.” She co-authored TOP DOG’s TEAMWORK book series with co-founder, Stewart Nordensson, and later directed the translation of that series into video and audio formats.
Leo has been on the TOP DOG Board for six years. Leo's expertise in electronics and computer technology was instrumental in getting TOP DOG’s office up and running. He still consults whenever there is a management-information system problem. Leo generously donates his time, talents and resources to TOP DOG in spite of his full-time employment with the University of Arizona's Electrical & Computer Engineering Department. Since 1991, Leo has done everything from providing general maintenance to assisting in development of the Volunteer class. As a Training Assistant (TA), Leo has one Certified Team to his credit.
Tim O'Leary is a Senior Housing Specialist with Long Realty Company in Tucson, Arizona. Prior to coming to Tucson, Tim was an active volunteer with United Way of Portland, Maine, where he served for many years as a member of Social Planning, Needs Assessment, and Grant Requests committees. He also served on the board of the Cumberland County, Child Abuse and Neglect Council. His extensive career in sales, marketing and education are a wonderful asset to the TOP DOG board.
